Do not regulate the model. Govern the deployment.
The Problem

Everyone is aligning the model. Almost no one is governing the deployment.

Alignment is the loudest conversation in enterprise AI, and nearly all of it aims at the model. Make it safer, make it more honest. That work is real, but it happens upstream at the labs, not inside the companies now handing agents real access to real systems.

The layer a company actually owns is the deployment. What an agent can reach, what it may do, who signs off, and who answers for it. That is where the risk lives, and it is where the market has almost nothing practical to offer. This briefing fills that gap.

What the market already handles
Model safety research
Vendor containment and isolation
High-level principles and standards
The operating layer
What your agents reach, what they may do, who owns them.
The gap
The Briefing

Thirteen slides. Here is what they answer.

01What actually goes around an agent before it ships?
02Who signs off on an action, and does it happen before or after?
03How fast should the outside world learn when something goes wrong?
04Who answers when an agent causes harm?
05What is the one move most teams have not made yet?

The answers are in the presentation above. Play the briefing, about six minutes.
